Problem: Empty columns for BIN/Price

Ensure that you have a 'Shipping' or 'Postage' column displayed, else shortShip cannot figure out total price. Please go to 'customize display' and add a shipping column to your results (I think it is on by default on all sites except Australia).

Problem: Empty columns for BIN/Price, and I do have a shipping column shown

Please go to 'customize display' and ensure that 'show item title in its own row' is NOT selected
