Unfortunately, selectedValue/selectedIndex doesn't seem to want to
select your default value, so it still needs work. I got tired of
playing with it. Look for a saved preference in the next version, but
I'd like comments/bugreports/complaints/etc emailed to me if you want
to. I read all emails and reply!

* changed the feedback viewer so we no longer use toolhaus for negative feedback
